ATTENTION!

All online orders will be need to be picked up on Tuesday, December 24th(Christmas Eve), between 11am-5pm. The cutoff for orders is the night of Saturday, December 21st. Pick up will be at our Independence location in the Thrift World parking lot (3848 S Noland Rd, Independence, MO 64055 ). Only order online if you can pickup your products on Tuesday, December 24th. If you need a turkey, ham or pork loin on a different day, please email your order to Chris@threepigsbbq.com. I'll need your items, date and pickup time. Only email orders that are not for December 24th(Christmas Eve). We are CLOSED on Christmas Day.

REHEATING INTRUCTIONS

Thank you for choosing Three Pigs BBQ for your Holiday turkey. Reheating you turkey is simple, easy and usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour and a half depending on which method you choose. 

  1. Carve the turkey while it is cold. This keeps more juices in the meat that would run out if the bird was hot. 
  2. You can heat the meat up two ways. In the oven or in the microwave. If you choose the oven you will need to heat at a low temp (225). The oven method takes longer than the microwave, usually about 1 ½ hours. If you want to reheat in the microwave, use the 50% power setting, checking and mixing every couple of minutes (usually takes about 20-30 minutes). Either method you will need to cover the turkey with plastic wrap or foil(oven only). In both methods you need to mix the turkey throughout the process to prevent hot spots and drying of the turkey. We don't recommend you heat the entire bird in the oven before carving. It will dry the turkey out.
